The film “Secret,” which was released several years ago with worldwide success, is dedicated to the noble idea of “man is the architect of his own happiness.” The authors persistently suggest: anyone can take a place at the top of the social pyramid, it’s just a matter of their desire and perseverance. The task of the film's authors is to sell the recipe for success. The task of you and me is to find the catch. Indeed, in everyday life, we are more often faced with completely opposite results - those who plow remain in their own interests, while mediocrities get richer and one day become famous.

There are many examples where people have a lot of talent and charisma, but in life they suffer crushing defeats. For some reason, those who had their jobs are often laid off in the service. And those who have never been considered good specialists make their way to the bosses. From the point of view of ordinary logic, all this is difficult to explain. As a rule, we look for some additional reasons for all this - who drinks with whom, who sleeps with whom. Psychologists put forward a lot of their own explanations, but all of them do not go beyond the usual (linear) ideas.
To understand something in this life, you need to know its hidden laws and learn to think outside the box (non-linearly). One example comes to mind. In a certain company, at the time of reorganization, the vacated position of head. sales department, for some reason they did not appoint an experienced specialist who, logically, was simply doomed to get this position. A woman who had recently come to work and had minimal experience was appointed. She was young and beautiful. There were so many grievances! The employees gave free rein to fantasies about her either family or amorous connections with management. A little time passed and opinions about her suddenly began to change dramatically. The steep increase in sales confirmed the correctness of management’s “non-linear” decision. Subsequently, it turned out that she did not have any family or amorous connections with her superiors, they simply saw in her that super-negotiator who could not be refused because of her well-spoken tongue and irresistible appearance.
Success in life is often determined not by the amount of knowledge or effort, but by accidentally getting into the right place at the right time. But is it random? The wise say that there are no coincidences. Let's try to figure it out, but to do this we need to abandon linear logic.
Every person is given a whole set of programs from birth that he can use to build his life. But these sets are strictly individual. So, one is supposed to go through the test of material wealth, another - poverty, the third - as he chooses. Ultimately, we are required to achieve results - to prove our moral and spiritual integrity. maturity to move to another test level.
How many times have we witnessed the rise of people who were previously unremarkable! They say that this is exactly what Joseph Dzhugashvili (pseudonym - Stalin) was, who made a dizzying career to the pinnacle of power that the pharaohs could envy. He owed this rise not to his talent. Someone else could have taken his place. You just had to get into the appropriate role cell, and then the program did its job, and the person, obeying this program, behaved accordingly. Stalin did not need to create the entire state mechanism, it was enough to organize the immediate environment, and then - the effect of a chain reaction - the hierarchical system itself lined up for the leader.
You need to know that any set of people living or working together is organized according to a hierarchical principle. Some stand higher, others lower. Some lead, others obey. This is the law of society, which is called hierarchy.
As much as we would like to, the number of places on the upper floors of the hierarchy is limited. Therefore, few achieve them. The rest are distributed on the lower floors. Some consider the main goal of life to be to get to the top, without thinking about whether this is in their program. They go to any lengths for this purpose. Sometimes - for crimes. However, what is prescribed for one may turn out to be a false goal for others. Money, fame, titles are the lot of a fairly limited number of people. For those who are programmed by fate for this, everything comes easy. For those who want to achieve this “outside the program”, using any means, the price to pay is great. You can give thousands of examples of how those who tried to deceive fate ended up. That is, your life program.

It is impossible for everyone to win the lottery at once. It is impossible for everyone to fit on the top platform of the social pyramid at once, because it can turn over, “and the last will become first.” You shouldn’t devote your whole life to striving for the social top, because it’s not worth it, and the pay will be disproportionate.

History of the game

“The team began to form in 2001, when the authors, by the will of fate, ended up together in the sales department of the ABAC company.

In 2003, after re-reading Robert Kiosaki’s books several times, going through personal growth trainings and author’s trainings by Alexander Tuchinsky (creator of the game “Levers of Your Freedom”), we were seriously inspired by the idea of creating our own business. The fire caught fire so much that we could no longer be put out and we were fired from the company.

In December 2004, the authors purchased the game "Cash Flow". We played seriously for 2 months, and noticed the following nuance: something begins to change in our heads and we want to transfer it into our reality, and the mechanisms and transactions inherent in the game contradict our economic reality... Result: serious internal frustration.

That's when the idea of creating a game based on the same principles, but filled with Russian economic reality. A game was originally positioned as program in the form of a business board game, which, in addition to training, should provide an opportunity for communication between partners, children and parents. Therefore, it is exclusively a desktop option.

Every time you play the business game “,” you will understand how to increase and effectively direct cash flows. Money lessons would cost you dearly in the real world. The advantage of the game is that you acquire real business skills using the game.

Entrepreneurship is not just knowledge in the field of creating businesses, it is, first of all, the ability to create and direct cash flows. How do athletes train? How do chess players improve their skills? How do children develop best?

Absolutely right - playing! Perhaps no other way to transfer knowledge and skills compares with well-designed and organized games. It is no coincidence that business games are used today by many companies to develop their employees.

If the topics “entrepreneurship” and “cash flow” are important to you and you are a supporter of innovative and effective teaching methods, the business game

Basketball coach John Wooden is a legend. This loud title always made him feel uncomfortable; he preferred the name “teacher”. And John R. Wooden was a consummate teacher. His teams won multiple championships in the 60s and 70s, and when he passed away in 2010 at the age of 99, he left behind not only a rich sports legacy, but also endless life wisdom off the court.

Greatest coach of all time

American basketball legend John Wooden was born on October 14, 1910. His teams won 10 national championships over 12 years, seven of them in a row. John was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1961 as a player and in 1973 as a coach. He was the first person who ever realized both categories. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2003. John Wooden spoke interestingly about the difference between victory and success. With wise simplicity, he defines the concept of success and calls for finding the best in yourself. He said that you should never strive to be better than someone else, it is important to learn from others and never stop trying to be better than you are.

What is success?

It is peace of mind that can only be achieved through the self-satisfaction of knowing that every effort has been made to do the best you can. John believed it was true. There is no need to whine, complain or make excuses, just do what you need to do to the best of your ability. Here's what's important: if you regularly make efforts to do your best, the results will follow. Winning is just a by-product of the game, not its goal. It's the journey itself that matters, not the destination.

Components of John Wooden's success pyramid

  1. Healthy competition. The greatest joy in wrestling is the competitive spirit. The tougher the fight, the better. Tough combat inspires and motivates. Competing with a worthy competitor takes you to a new level.
  2. Equilibrium. It is important to just be yourself, not pretend to be someone else. You should not get worked up and lose your composure, regardless of the circumstances or situation. Even if there is some pressure, leaders should not lose balance and panic. You have to know who you are and be true to yourself. Being balanced means sticking to your principles and beliefs and acting in accordance with them.
  3. Confidence, as coach John Wooden believed, is based on believing in yourself. Trust cannot be instilled artificially. Unshakable confidence will help you achieve your own level of competence, that is, excellence. However, this quality needs to be worked on, because it can easily turn into pride, which can then lead to erroneous and destructive beliefs.
  4. Adequate condition. All human conditions should be normal: physical, mental and moral. All three components are interconnected: with a weak mental or moral state, there can be no talk of good physical condition.
  5. Skills. At the very center of the success pyramid is skill. And it doesn’t matter who you are: an athlete, a surgeon or a CEO. It is important to be able to complete tasks correctly and quickly, and this requires skill. Wooden John valued experience very much, but would rather have more skill and less experience than the other way around. Mastery of skills requires training, which is why leaders are lifelong learners. Mastery is a continuous and ongoing process.
  6. Team spirit. This block of the pyramid touches on the most important characteristics: unselfishness, which is the opposite of selfishness. John Wooden believed that sometimes personal glory or gain can be sacrificed for the greater good, namely the well-being and success of an organization, team or group. No coach would want a person on the team who would not be willing to sacrifice for the good of the team. A valuable player is one who thinks first of all about the success of the team.
  7. Self-control. Getting to the top and staying there are somewhat different tasks, they are unique and difficult in their own way. To achieve something, you need to be able to control yourself. This characteristic in the success pyramid reflects the importance of self-control in all areas and avoiding emotional peaks. John Wooden said that you need to control yourself so that others don’t have to do it for you.
  8. Vigilance. Many things can be learned by developing alertness. When it comes to basketball, even the athlete’s ears are involved in the game. Vigilance is important in both life and business. This asset prevents you from oversleeping an important moment and improves your skill.
  9. Initiative. Inaction is the biggest failure of all. Initiative is the ability to act. No one is perfect, but you need to train yourself not to be afraid of failure. This is true in all areas of life.
  10. Hard work. Success does not come to people just like that: to achieve something in life, you need to work hard. Sports journalist and poet Grantland Risa called hard work the fundamental characteristic of any achievement.
  11. Friendship. Two important qualities are respect and camaraderie. Where there is friendship, there are all the makings of a strong team.
  12. Loyalty. This is an integral quality of the personality of a leader who strives to achieve high goals. This is true almost everywhere. The vast majority of people want to be part of a team whose leadership cares about them, provides fairness and respect for dignity.
  13. Cooperation. The exchange of ideas and information, responsibility and creativity are priorities for managers and their teams. This is called cooperation. You are not the only person who has good ideas, others have brains too.
  14. Enthusiasm. The two cornerstones of the pyramid of success, hard work and enthusiasm, which provide strength individually, are capable of much more when combined into one. Hard work alone is not enough, there must be something else that will ignite, inspire and raise the work to a high level. This fire will be the ingredient that turns hard work into something very serious - the engine that powers all the blocks of the pyramid.

Wooden's Four Laws of Learning

  1. Demonstrating what you want.
  2. Criticism of the demonstration.
  3. Imitation of the correct model.
  4. Repeat over and over again until the required skill is brought to automaticity.

Biography of the legend: youth

John Wooden was born on a farm where there was no running water, no electricity, and money was often short. In later years, the trainer admitted that the habits, discipline and hard work he learned on the farm helped him achieve success. In 1924, the Wooden family, like many other farms, was ruined and lost their farm. The family moved to Martinsville, a small town in Indiana. At a local school, John played on the school basketball team and soon became its star. The team competed in the state championship three years in a row and won it twice.

Teaching career

While still at school, John met Nellie Riley. In his own words, it was love at first sight, and the two teenagers decided to get married after graduating from college. John Wooden entered Purdue University to major in engineering, but instead became an English major. On the university basketball team, he earned a reputation as a fast and fearless player who did everything for the team to win. After graduating in 1932, he was offered a playoff spot on a professional basketball team, but turned it down to pursue a teaching career and marry his sweetheart Nellie.

Coaching career

His first post was in Dayton, where he not only taught high school English but also coached all of the school's sports teams. In eleven years of coaching, the basketball teams won 218 matches and lost only 42. The young coach served as a physical education instructor in the US Navy during World War II. After serving in the Army, John quickly found work at Indiana State College. He coached the school's basketball team, resuming its winning streak.

In 1948, the high school coach accepted an offer to coach the UCLA Bruins, then one of the weakest teams in the Pacific Conference. To the amazement of skeptics, 22 of 29 games were won in his first season as coach. The next year they took 24 of 31 games and won the conference championship. Under Wooden's tutelage, the team maintained a high winning percentage and captured Pacific Conference titles in 1952, 1956, 1962 and 1963. She had a great season in 1964, winning the NCAA Championship. The following year they won the title again, losing only two games. With a new lineup, the team returned with a vengeance in 1967 and held the title for the next seven years.

Coach and philosopher

Throughout his years as a coach, John prohibited his players from using profanity. One of his players, an African-American, responding to a journalist's question about racial tensions on the team, said: "You don't know our coach. He doesn't see color. He just sees players." John Wooden, whose aphorisms still ring true today, remained close to many of his former players long after his retirement.

He died peacefully in Los Angeles at the age of 99. His influence reached far beyond his hometown through his work and his life. He truly was a legend of his time, a great great coach, philosopher and an exceptional personality who went beyond the sports world.

Affirmations have long been widely used by people who want to change their lives and achieve something. Affirmations are positive statements to which we consciously accustom our subconscious through repeated repetitions day after day. For example, the affirmations of Louise Hay, the moods of Alexander Sviyash, affirmations from Natalia Pravdina, and our own positive statements have become widespread...

Those who successfully practice the method of affirmations no longer look for any other method of working on themselves - because everything works out for them! And if something doesn’t work out, then at least they are always in a great mood - they have no time to be discouraged, they look for confirmation of their positive attitudes, don’t give up, and, more often than not, they find it!

Is the affirmation method suitable for you personally? You've probably already tried this:

Tell yourself: "I rich." Try again: "I'm rich".

Did you hear what just happened in your head?

Do you actually believe your own statements or doubt them? The simple truth is that most of us doubt our own statements. Why? Because we are trying to convince ourselves of something, but our mind does not believe that it is true.

Traditional success teachers have realized that we may not believe our claims. So they tell us with good intentions that all we have to do is repeat our statements a thousand... mm... million... uh... billion times until we finally... mm ...we won't believe in them.

Let's imagine that we realized that we are holding on to our negative thoughts (for example: “I'm poor. I'm lonely. I don't have what I need." We decided that we wanted something better for ourselves... we said positive statements (for example: “I rich. I'm happy. I have everything I need"), and then...

Nothing happened at all?

Countless other people do too.

But why? Why do affirmations fail to produce any results for most of us? If it's as simple as traditional success teachers say, why haven't we seen any changes? Maybe we just couldn't think positively? Maybe we were not smart enough, not interested enough, not educated enough... or we just didn't try properly?

Answer: neither one nor the other.

We were given the wrong tool for this task.

Not all people are able to perceive affirmations non-critically. For many people, the contrast between the far from joyful reality and radiant sweet affirmations is too obvious and sharp; this discrepancy causes them to laugh, sarcasm, irritation, and sometimes even makes them depressed. A person repeats affirmations hundreds of times without seeing any changes, despairs, and says that affirmations do not work.

Indeed, such people need a different tool for working on themselves. Such a tool exists and is called AFFORMATION. This method was developed and described in Noah St. John's wonderful book, The Secret Code to Success: 7 Invisible Steps to Health and Happiness, as the first of these seven steps. The Afformations method is intuitive and leads to amazing results!

People who have already taken the necessary steps were able to:

Double, triple and even quintuple your income in less than a year;

Lose twenty pounds in three months without much effort or dieting;

In a month or even a week earn as much as you previously earned in a year;

To overcome your darkest moments of despair and helplessness to achieve greatness and find a sense of fulfillment.

How can one achieve this?

We are told that we can change consciousness through affirmations. while it naturally responds to questions.

We are told that we can overcome negative beliefs with statements... while it is much easier to overcome them with the help questions.

We are taught speak... while we need to be taught ask.

Traditional success teachers focus on the amount of effort expended and teach changing statements. But until that morning, no one clearly understood or could show how to fully harness the amazing power of what happens when we change questions.

Our brain has a so-called Automatic Search Function, that is, when we ask ourselves a question, our brain automatically begins to look for an answer to it (psychologists call this function of the human brain built-in assumption factor).

The greatest teachers throughout history have taught us the truth of this statement: “What goes around comes around.” This phrase is often called the Law of “what goes around comes around” (Emerson called it the First Law) or the Law of Attraction, that is, what we focus on (the thoughts-seeds we constantly sow) brings results.

Traditional teachers teach us to change our thinking if we want to change our life. In principle, everything is correct. However, what they teach is mainly about change statements, which we invent for ourselves, while questions, questions we ask ourselves are almost completely ignored.

Even the Bible tells us: “You do not have because you do not ask” and “Ask and it will be given to you.”

If we only change statements, that we do without changing the QUESTIONS we ask, we stray from the fastest and easiest path known to mankind that leads to change in our lives.

Most people constantly ask themselves negative questions and then wonder why they don't achieve the results they dream of.

Let's look at these positive and negative questions. Let's start with the negative issues, because even though you may be very familiar with them, you would be the first to want to get rid of them.

These are questions like: “ Why am I so afraid of everything?”, “Why doesn’t anyone love me?”, “Why don’t the changes that happen to others happen to me?” No one asks these questions consciously or on purpose, but we may ask ourselves them without knowing it.

Try the following. Consciously ask yourself these negative questions out loud. Notice how it makes you feel. “Why do I have little money? Why I so lonely? Why am I such a loser? Why can’t I do anything right?” Not exactly a pleasant feeling, is it?

The end result of negative questions - conscious or not - is that we get what we focus on. In other words, asking negative questions produces negative results.

Below, make a list of the five most negative questions in your head. Yes, right now.

Perhaps they were passed down to you from someone in the past, or you may have come up with them yourself. It is extremely important to know exactly your hidden negative issues in order to begin to change them consciously. Note: You can put a date next to the questions so that the next time you open this book again you can see what you have accomplished so far.

Please do this right now.

Wow! Not very good, huh?

Positive questions are the right questions

Positive questions force our brain to focus on... what we have, as opposed to what we don't have. By asking positive questions, we end up with a sense of self-esteem and a positive self-image because our brains automatically begin to focus on what works for us rather than what harms us. Thus, positive questions lead to answers that reflect our true selves.

Let's replace your negative questions from the previous list with positive ones. How? Let's just transform negative questions into positive ones! For example, if the negative question is: "Why am I such a loser?”, then the positive question will sound like this: “Why am I so successful?”

Well, grab a pen and get ready to feel the difference...

Not bad, right?

Have you noticed changes inside yourself?

You have just reached the first step of the pyramid called “The Secret Code of Success.”

The purpose of affirmations is to replace negative questions with positive ones.

In doing so, we gain conscious control over our thoughts-seeds that we sow... Which, according to the Law of Attraction, changes our lives.

The Hidden Reason You're Stuck in Place

Imagine an iceberg. We have all heard that 90-95 percent of an iceberg is under water and only 5-10 percent is above water.

Scientists from Stanford University, MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and other respected institutions have found that the human mind works in a similar way. Just like an iceberg, the mind is made up of two parts: visible parts - on the surface of the water; And hidden parts are under water.

The Iceberg of Consciousness, and Noah St John

Instead of the line of the surface of the water, let's call the line separating the two parts of the mind, Line of Consciousness. Let's call the visible 10 percent Conscious and the hidden 90 percent - Subconscious. Conscious can also be called deliberate, because it is responsible for our CHOICE.

According to scientific research, our conscious thinking accounts for less than 10 percent of all brain activity. Therefore, the subconscious, or the unintentional side of our mind, is responsible for more than 90 percent of brain activity.

Our subconscious mind is a huge mixture of unintentional, habitual thoughts, behaviors and actions. Therefore, the best way to describe the Subconscious is with the phrase "NO CHOICE".

Why are millions of people who have spent so much time and money trying to improve themselves still standing still?

The reasons for our success are in our minds.

Everyone wants to succeed... on a conscious level. We all know that being successful is better than the other way around! Why do you think we spend so much time, money and effort trying to succeed? So, why we want to do something, or the benefit of success, is in our Consciousness.

And if our Reasons Why We Want to Do Something are in the conscious, then... The reasons for the lack of success are in the Subconscious.

But since our reasons why we shouldn't do something are hidden in our subconscious, the situation is like driving a car along the road of life... with your foot pressing on the brake pedal.

Why do we keep our foot on the brake pedal?

Let's say you work hard to achieve success. Perhaps you signed up for a new leadership skills program, or went to a seminar that really gave you confidence, or you read a new book from which you learned something. You have started making positive changes in your life. You followed the directions. So, what is next? The result appears.

After hard work, focus, and money spent, you actually start to get what you set out to achieve. You are moving towards your goal. You progress and start earning more. You become more and more successful.

And what happens next? Then fear appears!

Incredibly, you really start to feel fear, when you start getting what you worked so hard for. But...

Why do we feel FEAR when we start getting what we WANT?

Your reasons why you shouldn't do something are the ones you don't see because they're hidden, remember? - they began to quietly shout at you c: “Hey, what do you think you're doing? You can't handle this! What if things get out of control. Stop now and you can avoid shame later!”

So what do you do? What would anyone do in this situation? Would you do your best to stop to be afraid, because fear is a feeling that we humans would do almost anything to avoid. So instead of trying to find out why we feel it, we just give up what we started. That is, we put on the brakes, “sabotage” ourselves, because it’s easier than feeling fear.

And then we reproach ourselves, saying that we were right!“See, I told you so. I knew it wouldn't work. Why then is all this necessary?

However, we missed one simple detail:

A feeling is an EFFECT, not a cause.

Feelings do not arise on their own. When we experience any feelings or emotions, something happens inside us that causes them. So what causes the so-called “fear of success” or “foot on the brake pedal” syndrome? Our hidden subconscious Reasons why we shouldn't do something.

We don't allow ourselves to succeed not because we don't know "how to succeed."

We prevent ourselves from achieving the success that we are perfectly capable of achieving because our subconscious Reasons why we should not do something override our conscious Reasons why we want to do something.

Remember all those traditional success programs we spend billions of dollars on? Traditional programs teach us “how to succeed.” And that's not a bad thing, isn't it? That is, if we want to do something, it is good to know how to do it.

And since we all want to be successful, all we need is someone to tell us how to be successful, and then we will all be successful... Right?

A small guess that costs us a fortune

Let's say you need to drive a nail into a wall. Do you think you can handle it? Of course you can do it... if you have a hammer.

Now let's say that because I like you very much, I have a lot of faith in you, and I really want you to succeed for the reasons above. So I went and bought you (I spent a considerable amount and took a long time to choose, by the way) a very expensive, new model, sparkling...

Chainsaw.

Go ahead, drive the nail into the wall.

“Okay,” you think. “He's been successful, so he probably knows what he's doing.”

You start chopping things up with your shiny new chainsaw.

“Well, how?”, I ask.

“Uh, not very good,” you answer, trying to hide the huge cuts in the wall.

"What's the matter?",- I ask.

You vaguely answer something like that you are now going through a bad period in your life and, in general, life is not easy. And I continue to advise you what you need to do to drive this nail. In the end, I I was able to do it! And that's why I give you a bunch of different "useful" tips, for example...

Define your goals!

Mentally imagine them!

Believe in yourself!

Work smarter, not harder!

You can do it!

How are you doing now?

Almost the same result.

Please note that I am being polite. I believe in you. I'm telling you what should work. So what if I see that even after all my wonderful advice you anyway can't drive a nail into the wall?

"Okay, here's what I I’ll tell you - you can take any other chainsaw!”

I point you to a mountain of chainsaws: green and blue, big and small. Choose any one you want!

So you reluctantly take the green one because you hope it will help. Then a big one. Then small. So what's the result? The result is the same.

But what are you feel Now? Are you interested, excited, full of energy and good mood to drive a nail into the wall? Oh, not really. You may be saying to yourself, “I’ll never be able to get that damn nail into the wall.”

And even if you somehow managed to drive in ONE nail, how much time, effort and energy did it take you to do it? Don't you feel depressed, frustrated, angry, resentful, dissatisfied, annoyed, angry and tired? You may not want to do this “driving a nail into the wall” thing at all.

Do your ACTIONS sometimes look like the following?

You complain to others about how hard it is to drive nails into the wall.

You speak ill of me (your nail driving supervisor) behind my back.

You come up with any excuse not to hammer nails into the walls.

You take it out on your kids or your spouse when you get home.

Your spiritual and emotional state is deteriorating.

You start resorting to medication or "relaxing" by spending time in front of the TV or on the Internet, trying to relieve the stress of hammering nails into the wall.

You are always looking for some other, better place to work because the work does not bring any results.

The real problem is NOT that you can't do it.

The real problem is that you beat yourself up for not being able to do it... when you have been given tools that are ABSOLUTELY NOT SUITABLE for the job you are trying to do.

The only solutions you were offered were the same tools, just in a different package! Therefore, even if driving a nail into a wall seems like an easy task, if you were never given the right tool, it will still be very, very difficult.

Traditional success programs teach us the practical aspects of success because traditional success teachers believe that we have more Reasons why we want to succeed than Reasons why we don't want to succeed. In fact, they half are right. We all have really There are more reasons why we want to succeed, but only on a conscious level. That's why we spend billions of dollars on all these success programs!

Remember our iceberg? Just because we don't see the Reasons why we don't want to succeed doesn't mean we don't have them. They are always there, hidden in our subconscious, and prevent us from getting what we want most. However...

The most amazing thing is not even this... The most amazing thing, and this is the key to our freedom, success and sense of satisfaction, is that:

You cannot solve an abstract problem with a concrete solution.

Read this sentence again. Because you don't allow yourself to succeed, you don't have a specific problem. You have an abstract problem, but an abstract problem cannot be solved with a concrete solution.

The most successful people in the world who run all these "success" programs can never explain how to take your foot off the brake pedal... because they unconsciously allow Make yourself successful.

You are, of course, well aware

Four steps of traditional success programs:

1. Define your goals (know what you want).

2. Take action (move forward towards your goals).

3. Evaluate (Am I getting closer to my goals or not?).

4. Try again and again (change approaches until you achieve your goals).

So you probably already have everything you want?

You No everything you want? What is wrong with you then?

Yeah. You probably don't have enough motivation.

Or are you just not enough you work hard.

Or are you not enough smart.

Or incapable succeed.

Wait a minute! Are you kidding me?! Remove these offers.

After all, we all can't be that stupid.

Four steps in the real world

Just as traditional success programs give us the same four steps, there are four steps in the real world. Below are four basic steps that I've noticed in the real world (see if you agree with them).

1. Fog(We don't know what we really want).

2. Treadmill(We are very, very busy, but we are moving in place).

3. Feeling of failure(We compare ourselves to others not in our favor).

4. Try after try(We try again and again in the hope that this time everything will be different).

When we take the first step, we don't quite know what we want... or we don't know what we want. really we want... or we don't believe that we can get what we really want... or we are afraid:“What if, let’s say, I actually get what I want?”... or we we think:“I’m not sure that I’ll ever get what I want.”, or: “What if I get what I want and still won’t be happy?”... or... You know what I mean? In this case we are faced with Fog.

Making the second step, we get to Treadmill Ever stood on a moving treadmill? You run, run... and stay in place!

Look at my to-do list! I work and work... and the result practically does not change!

And sometimes the treadmill starts to move at an angle:“Here you go!” I work and work, work, work and work! But nothing has changed.”

Treadmill. Are you here now?

Now we take the crucial third step. Feeling of failure. Look: there are amazing similarities between what traditional success programs teach us and what we see in the real world.

In traditional success programs we are told: determine your goals. And we don’t quite know what we want, so we are in fog.

Then we are told: we need act. We work and work, don't we? That is, we run on a treadmill.

That's right - we feel like failure. It seems to us that everyone around us is doing better than us.

We look at all the exercise equipment, money-making schemes, diet pills, relationship tips we've invested so much in, and then we look at what we've achieved in life and how we just can't seem to move on. , and inside we feel like failures.

God, I spent years of my life taking this step. You don't need to waste another minute on it.

And despite all this, despite all these years of frustration, and tens of thousands of dollars spent (without much results)... despite all this, we still do Step 4, that is we try again and again.

See, you have There is motivation. You really want to succeed. You continue try even though you may have “failed” in the past. You deserve a medal for persevering despite not achieving the results you would like to achieve... even though you never had the right tools to do it!

So, are you ready to be shocked? Please: If you want to reach your full potential, discard any information that teaches you “how to succeed.”

I know it sounds crazy and even insulting to those who have spent a lot of money on all these “success” programs. But that's the point. You've spent all this time, money and effort... and you're still not where you want to be... and your foot is still on the brake pedal.

Now it's time allow yourself to succeed according to the full program. It's time to take your foot off the brake pedal of your life, career and relationships for good.

Where does the garbage in our heads come from?

Let's say you have brown eyes. But everyone around you, even the people closest to you, from the beginning of your life told you that you have blue eyes. And let's say you had no other way to verify this information. What would you be forced to think about yourself?

Because of the information you received and the fact that you cannot see your eyes directly, you would be conditioned to believe that you have blue eyes, even though this is completely incorrect information about you.

Have you ever been to a funhouse? What's in the funhouses? Crooked mirrors, right? And what does a distorting mirror do? It distorts you. You look into it and feel strange, oh, what you see looks like you, but it's not you. This is an inaccurate representation of you. But what if a crooked mirror was the only mirror you ever looked into? What if this distorted reflection was the only way you received information about yourself? What would you be forced to believe?

As sad as it is, most of us have never received an accurate picture of ourselves from those around us, even especially from these people. Who is closest to us? A distorting mirror distorts your physical image. Likewise, when we receive inaccurate information about Who We Are, our Real Self becomes distorted. When Who We Are is not accurately reflected by those around us, we can develop what I call Negative Reflection. Your Negative Reflection reflects the trash in your head that most of us carry around with us. It's that little voice that says, “You can't do this. Who do you think you are? No one in your family does this!”

Although your Real Self knows that you are good enough, your Negative Reflection tells you, “You are not good enough.” I will never be able to do this. Maybe they can do it, but I never can.” Sounds familiar?

Each of us has our own unique garbage in our heads, your own Negative Reflection. But what's amazing is that this is not a real problem at all.

Why don't you believe in yourself (yet)

Traditional success teachers told us, “If you have negative thoughts, just think positively. Believe in yourself. Set goals for yourself."

How many times have you tried to do this? How many times have you tried to psych yourself up and do what you were told: think positively, believe in yourself, set goals? And how did it work?

The fact is that self-confidence is the last, not the first stage in the evolution of Success.

The first stage is when someone believes in you.

The second stage is your faith in someone else.

The last stage is your belief in yourself.

Why does this turn the traditional success literature on its head?

What are we told to do first in traditional success programs? That's right: set goals for yourself. Who do you turn to to set goals? To yourself.

But who is the worst person to know what you are capable of? - You.

Traditional success programs tell us to turn to ourselves to set goals because that's what successful people have done. They believed in themselves, so they naturally assumed that you and I believed in ourselves too.

Remember a time when someone saw something better in you than what you saw in yourself. Remember when someone looked at you and saw dignity in you, that spark, something that you would never see in yourself. Remember this?

Maybe it was the coach. Teacher or mentor. Maybe one of the parents, spouses, friends. Maybe it was your grandmother, grandfather, uncle, aunt or someone close to you. Whoever it is. They saw something in you, encouraged you and said, “You know, you can do this. I see great abilities in you. I see a leader in you. And I know you can do it."

And you stand in surprise: “Who, me?”

This reaction of yours is caused by the fact that you cannot fully perceive your value, but can only notice in yourself what you see with your own eyes. We do not fully understand our value to the world.

The Permission Pyramid - Secret Codes to Success

Step 1 - Afformations. No, this is not a typo. Afformations are questions(and NOT statements) that instantly change the way we think on a subconscious level from negative to positive. By using affirmations instead of affirmations, you can determine what you want in half the time, at half the cost.

At Step 2 Loving Mirrors and Safe Harbors you will learn to receive unlimited support in your life, career and relationships. This is the main unconscious Step that three percenters take and without which it is impossible to fully realize their potential.

Step 3 - Support systems. Exactly same, Just like our home or body, our lives and our businesses have critical Systems that must function to achieve maximum success at minimum cost. Three Percenters use five of these critical Support Systems without even knowing it. Take this Step and you can use them too.

Step 4 deals with the vexing question of determining how well certain goals fit into our lives. IN Target Free Zone you will learn the need to “switch off” yourself so that you can live actively and energetically every day again. On the stage Target Replacement Operations you will understand whether the goals you set are really yours or whether they are someone else’s, and you simply adopted them.

Step 5 is a question you may have never asked yourself: “Whom am I trying to Protect, Punish or Please?” Many people have taken this Step and realized that they were unconsciously holding themselves back in order to protect or punish someone else. By breaking out of these hidden walls, they experienced incredible increases in their income and increased levels of peace of mind in a short period of time.

Step 6 - Learn to say no. Many people have forgotten how to say “no”, that is, they have lost the ability to refuse others. When we fail to say “no,” we become a substitute for the plans of others, which means that our own dreams and aspirations fade into the background. I'll show you a couple of simple, yet powerful ways to learn to say no so that your dreams matter as much as the dreams of others.

And finally, Step 7. Find your reason that is, your mission, your purpose on this earth - your main reason why you want to achieve something. Most people do not know why they are on earth, and this ignorance leads to feelings such as depression, anger and boredom, and then to depression and the deepest degree of despair. When you find your reason and climb all seven steps, you will become one of the tiny number of human beings who not only know their purpose in life, but And have the tools to change the world V a more comfortable place for yourself and others!

Based on materials from the book “The Secret Code to Success: 7 Invisible Steps to Health and Happiness” by Noah St. John

Greetings, dear reader. Agree: each of us dreams of success and decent well-being. But it’s one thing to dream, it’s quite another to achieve your goals and become successful. The key to your success is clear planning and systematic implementation of the outlined points. A prime example of a plan for achieving success is the Franklin Pyramid.

The planning system is named after its founder B. Franklin. From a young age, this man was distinguished by his unique determination and fantastic performance. At the age of 20, he drew up a plan to achieve his life goals, both current and global.

B. Franklin lived a long, very eventful life, rich in events and achievements. Today, each of us sees his portrait every time a US $100 bill appears in our hands.

15th child in the family; started working at the age of 10; had only 2 years of education in a rural school - this man was a self-made man. He is a shining example of a successful person. Thanks to self-education, he learned several foreign languages and was seriously involved in science. He is the creator of the lightning rod and the capacitor battery.

B. Franklin played a huge role in the education of his fellow citizens; was a famous diplomat and politician. Participated in the signing of 3 major fundamental documents on US education. He actively advocated the abolition of slavery.

At 22 years old B Benjamin Franklin drew up a plan for moral perfection, in which he identified 13 most important virtues: justice, hard work, sincerity, determination, decency, moderation, purity, chastity, humility, abstinence, moderation, silence.

In his understanding, hard work is the refusal of unnecessary actions. You need to do useful things and value time. He talked about how no need to waste time, because “...this is the stuff life is made of.”

How to manage your time correctly and how to achieve your goals? We can find the answer to this question in a planning system called Franklin's Pyramid. This is a ready-made planning system; it has become the key to the success of thousands of people. The most important thing: it really works. What does Franklin's Pyramid look like?

1.) The base or foundation of the pyramid is our life values. This is the basis on which our lives are built. Only a small percentage of people living on Earth seriously think about this.

Ask yourself:

  • What is my purpose?
  • What can I give to people?
  • What is my mission?
  • What do I want to get out of life?
  • What mark do I want to leave behind on Earth?

Agree that global life values are the foundation on which our lives should be built. And they are the ones who should set the vector of direction for our desires, goals and dreams.

2.) Having realized the significance and importance of life values, each of us is determined with our own global goal.

  • Whom I want to become?
  • What am I planning to do?

3.) An important point in achieving goals: the ability to fix specific intermediate goals, which necessarily appear on the way to achieving our main, global goal.

5.) Short-term plan is daily planning, drawing up a work plan for the week, work plan for the coming month. The effectiveness of our work will depend on the ability to clearly draw up, analyze and, if necessary, adjust short-term plans.

6.) The Daily Plan is the top of Franklin's Pyramid. We make this plan every day. You can create it early in the morning or the night before. It all depends on your preferences and biological rhythm.

Is it difficult to create a plan to achieve your goals, especially if there is such a working model as the Franklin Pyramid? Probably not, you answer. It is more difficult to persistently and regularly implement its points and achieve all the prescribed points of the plan. If you analyze the lives of successful people who have achieved excellent results,
the conclusion suggests itself: there are keys to success. We just need to learn to see them, study them and apply them.

The life of Benjamin Franklin is clear proof that the planning system, called Franklin's pyramid, WORKS!

Take advantage of it!

P.S. I don’t know about you, but B. Franklin’s fate itself impresses and inspires me. I looked differently at the role and power of planning in achieving goals.

P.P.S. If you are ALREADY actively using planning according to B. Franklin’s system, write about it in your comments.
