Putting a round table in the corner makes no sense. However, if there is space only in the corner, there is an option too. It is better to put an L-shaped sofa here, and set a table next to it. Such a scheme of the dining area is quite comfortable in a medium-sized kitchen.

Both round and rectangular tablecloths are equivalent in application. The size is calculated as follows:
