Place minced pork in a bowl.

Beat in the egg.

Soak the loaf slices in water or milk. After 5 minutes, squeeze out the liquid from the loaf and mash it into crumbs with your hands. Add it to the minced meat.

Peel the onion and grate it on a fine grater. Add it to the minced meat.

Mix the minced meat well with your hands. Add spices and salt and knead again until smooth.

Lightly grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. This is necessary so that the cutlets do not stick. This is especially true for tin forms. Shape into the desired shape - round or oval. This time I decided to make them oval. To prevent the minced meat from sticking to your hands during modeling, your hands must be moistened with cold water. Place the finished cutlets in rows, next to each other.

Using a teaspoon, spread sour cream on each cutlet.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle it over the cutlets.

Chicken cutlets with cheese and tomatoes in the oven - recipe

Soak the loaf in milk or water for 5-7 minutes. Add the eggs to the bowl with the minced chicken. Salt and pepper the minced meat. Add the softened loaf, previously squeezed out of the liquid. Peel the garlic and onions. Pass the garlic through a press. In turn, finely chop the onion with a knife. Add onion and garlic to minced chicken.

Knead the cutlet mince thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 190C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Wet your hands with water. Take some minced meat and roll it into a ball. Flatten with your hands. The chicken cutlets should be shaped like hamburger cutlets – round and flat.

Grease the cutlets with mayonnaise. Place a slice of onion on them. Lubricate the onion with mayonnaise too. Place a tomato slice on top. Sprinkle the cutlets with grated hard Russian cheese. To make the filling, you need to peel the egg and grate it. Wash and chop the greens. You can take parsley, dill or green onions. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.


Add softened butter to the filling ingredients and mix well.


Use a spoon to scoop up some minced meat and make a depression in the middle, into which we put a small amount of filling. It is best to handle the minced meat with your hands slightly moistened with water so that it does not stick.



The frying pan with vegetable oil must first be warmed up well, and when it is already hot, lay out the cutlets to fry. Fry over medium heat.


Fry the cutlets until cooked and golden brown on both sides. There is no need to cover it with a lid during frying.

Preparation:

After cutting off the crusts, soak the loaf in warm water. Finely grate hard cheese. Peel the vegetables.

With wet hands, form balls and squeeze them into the desired shape.

Good day to all! In the previous recipe for homemade sausage, I boasted about my meat grinder. There will be a continuation of this.   • greens (I have dill),
  • salt, black pepper, spices - to taste,
  • flour and breadcrumbs,
  • 2 eggs for breading,

There are several men in my family who love to eat. Men are known to be capricious creatures who prefer meat-based foods. Mine, moreover, want to see variety on the table, and of all the dishes they give preference to cutlets.

I have many different cutlet recipes, and I never stop experimenting. I make cutlets from chicken, pork, lamb, beef. And what are the prices for meat ones? There was one of the recent issues on the site about them.

Recently I decided to make unusual cutlets from mixed minced meat. What I got just can’t be called cutlets. My husband recognized them as a masterpiece and now asks that such cutlets appear on the table more often. In addition to pieces of bread soaked in milk, I added raw vegetables to the minced cutlet: cabbage, carrots and onions. I cooked the cutlets in the oven and topped them with cheese. Now this is one of my signature dishes. But I don’t mind, it gives me pleasure to watch how my delicious and juicy cutlets with cheese are devoured.


I spend no more time preparing them than if I were frying regular ones. And they don’t look ordinary in appearance; it’s not a shame to put such cutlets on a festive table to surprise guests.

Ingredients:

  • Pork (pulp) – 800 grams;
  • Chicken meat – 400 grams;
  • Onions – 2 heads;
  • Cabbage – 100 g;
  • Bread crumb – 2 slices;
  • Milk or water – 1 glass;
  • Egg – 2 pieces;
  • Sour cream – 1 tablespoon;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Spices for minced meat - optional;
  • Hard cheese – 200 grams.

Cooking process:

Let's start preparing the minced meat for the cutlets. Wash the meat, pork and chicken, and cut the fillet into pieces.

You also need to soak the bread crumb in milk. To do this, put it in a suitable container and pour milk so that the bread is completely covered. You can, of course, add water, but with milk the taste will be more delicate.

We clean the carrots, rinse them with running water and chop them coarsely. Coarsely chop the white cabbage. Although my men love cutlets, they are cool about onions. What are cutlets without onions? Without it there will be no taste or smell. So I found a way out by passing the onion through a meat grinder, without cutting it with a knife. Thus, it is present in the minced meat, but there are no pieces.

Grind all the ingredients for the cutlets using a meat grinder. I have an electric one, so the grinding process is very fast. If you have a food processor, it will also work perfectly, the main thing is that the minced meat is homogeneous. Now you can remove the soggy crumb from the milk and squeeze it a little, not too much, let a little milk get into the minced meat. Pass also through a meat grinder.

If you have pre-prepared frozen minced meat, then you just need to defrost it.

Next you need to add eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper and spices to the minced meat for cutlets with cabbage and carrots. Mix it well to form a homogeneous mass. You can beat the finished minced meat several times by removing it from the bowl and throwing it back. This procedure softens the minced meat and at the same time allows the cutlets to keep their shape. We form the cutlets, giving them the size and shape that suits you. I like oblong-shaped cutlets, others like them to be large and round.

We take a baking sheet on which we will cook baked cutlets with cheese. It is desirable that it has a high side, grease it with sunflower oil, lay out our cutlets, add a little boiling water and put it in a preheated oven. Bake the cutlets in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a medium grater.

In the middle and at the end of cooking, the cutlets should be poured with the juice that was released during baking.

At the end of cooking, sprinkle the cutlets generously with grated cheese. Keep the cutlets in the oven a little longer until the cheese melts and forms a melted crust. You don't need to brown it too much to avoid drying out the cutlets.

Our delicious cutlets are ready. You can take them out of the oven and invite your family to the table. But I think they will come on their own, without an invitation, since the aroma of these cutlets quickly spreads throughout the house.

The taste of these cutlets is simply amazing. And the recipe, as you can see, is simple. It’s even a little easier than frying cutlets in a frying pan. Here you don’t need to stand near the stove, add sunflower oil, or turn them over several times until done. We made minced meat, formed cutlets - and into the oven. Cutlets prepared according to this recipe are much healthier than those fried in a frying pan. After all, they were cooked in their own juice and will taste softer and more tender. The melted cheese crust will be a nice bonus. For a side dish you can cook buckwheat or mashed potatoes - everything will be appropriate.
