When the beet season comes, we try to use it to the maximum, not only in borscht and vinaigrettes, but prepare all kinds of healthy and tasty snacks and side dishes from it. But, you can go further - add grated nuts, sesame seeds, ground flax seeds to the beetroot, you can mix the dressing with olive oil, sour cream, you can add a little ground coriander, prunes and so on. That is, there are many options to diversify this delicious healthy snack. But today I have the simplest recipe - beets with garlic and mayonnaise and that's it.
