KVN-game "A healthy planet is in our hands"

: Good evening! Today we have gathered in order to learn as much as possible about health and learn how to apply the knowledge that is available. So, the conditions of the evening: teams of 5 people are invited from each class, including the captain.

(One parallel of classes is invited, teams are created that occupy pre-prepared places on the stage).

Leading: Health is a healthy organism. Every organism is made up of cells. Your task is to preserve and increase the number of healthy cells. Therefore, for a correctly, successfully and completely completed task, you will receive a certain amount of healthy cells. And our competent jury, the so-called "donor cell bank" will decide how many healthy cells you will be awarded, consisting of: the director of the gymnasium, the deputy director for educational work, the paramedic, the teacher-psychologist, the social pedagogue. The winner will be the most healthy organism, i.e. the team that will gain the most healthy cells. So, let's start:

      I. Competition "This is us".

You need to come up with a name for the team, which would reflect the essence of the theme of the evening and explain your choice.

Thinking time is three minutes. The maximum number of cells that the jury can award you is up to 5 healthy cells.

      II. Competition - warm-up.

One of the team members draws 2 questions from the leader's envelope, then time is given to all teams, they answer this question with explanations.

For each correct answer, the team can receive up to 10 healthy cells. If the answer is incorrect, the presenter gives the correct answer, explaining it.

Sample list of questions and answers.

      1. Question: Unfortunately, sometimes taking drugs, even if you try them for the first time in your life, is fatal. What is the most common cause of death?

Answer: OVERDOSE. Information for reflection: the amount of a drug that is often lethal for the body is individual for each person. And no one can answer the question when your heart, lungs or liver will fail.

      2. Question: Drugs are always an expense, and as time goes by, they keep getting bigger and bigger. The longer a person takes drugs, the more difficult it is for him to get money legally. What is the name of the theft of another's property or the acquisition of the right to another's property by deceit or breach of trust in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation?

Answer: FRAUD. Information for reflection: the range of punishment is from 200 minimum wages to imprisonment for up to 10 years with confiscation of property.

      3. Question: The use of solvents in the preparation of drugs destroys cells in the body that produce proteins responsible for immunity. Which internal human organ suffers the most in this case?

Answer: LIVER. Food for thought: the destruction of proteins responsible for immunity can be compared to AIDS. As a result of the absence of such cells in the body, the drug addict is not able to resist many diseases (from pneumonia to thrombophlebitis).

      4. Question: What, according to one Chinese folk wisdom, brings a hundred sorrows and one joy?

      Answer: ALCOHOLIC DRINKS.

      5. Question: One of the fire safety rules in Bulgarian is: “Do not push into legloto!” Translate it into Russian.

Answer: DO NOT SMOK IN BED!

      6. Question: What ability of the body is lost due to damage to liver cells and infection with AIDS as a disease associated with drug addiction.

Answer: IMMUNITY. Food for thought: AIDS is an incurable disease (at least not yet). Getting rid of drug addiction is very, very difficult. The defeat of the immune system makes a person defenseless against the simplest diseases.

      7. Question: Doctors believe that this is the most accessible of all substances to which a person develops a drug addiction. What's this?

      Answer: NICOTINE.

      8. Question: Many drugs, and especially psychostimulants and barbiturates, have a negative and detrimental effect on the brain, liver, and especially on the cardiovascular system. What is the cause of death in such drug addicts, which is quite common?

Answer: HEART FAILURE. Food for Thought: Myocardial infarctions mostly occur in the elderly due to wear and tear of the heart muscle with age. In young people, heart attacks occur most often due to drug use. Stimulants "wear out" the margin of safety, designed for decades, in a matter of years.

      9. Question: One of the most dangerous types of drugs are opiates. Some of these substances have been used in medicine (for example, codeine). Name the substance that was used as an analgesic and sleeping pill? Hint in the clue: its name comes from the god of sleep.

Answer: MORPHINE. (The name of the god of sleep among the ancient Romans is Morpheus). Information for reflection: morphine “washes out” calcium from the body (teeth fall out, bones rot), with an overdose, oxygen supply to brain cells deteriorates. Brain cells don't regenerate!

      10. Question: What type of drug use results in sepsis?

Answer: INJECTION or intravenous method, because sepsis is a blood poisoning. Information for reflection: drug addicts rarely use disposable syringes, often they all use one syringe together and, along with the drug, get a whole bunch of diseases, the worst of which is AIDS.

III. Competition "According to the articles of your newspaper".

Homework: The classes were instructed in advance to prepare a newspaper poster about healthy way life, because most often, this evening is held as part of a decade of fighting bad habits or days of preventing crimes and offenses that entail harm to health and a threat to human life.

Teams need to come up with a motto for the newspaper and present its essence to the audience. The maximum number of healthy cells can be obtained:

for a newspaper - up to 10 healthy cells,

for presentation to the audience - up to 10 healthy cells,

for the motto - up to 10 healthy cells.

      Time 5 minutes.

      IV. Competition "Captains".

Each captain needs to come up with an anti-ad on the theme of the evening (up to 10 healthy cells are awarded).

(At this time, the rest of the team participates in the next competition).

      V. Competition "Message to the future generation".

A team without a captain writes a letter to the next generation. Preparation time 8-10 minutes. The jury may award the best letter(s) with 10 healthy cells.

(During the execution of the tasks of the competition 4 and 5 by the teams, a game is played with the audience in the hall).

Leading: I wonder how much the audience knows about health? Answer the question and thereby add the number of healthy cells to the team from your class. For each correct and reasoned answer, you will receive 5 healthy cells, which are our "Bank of Donor Cells", i.e. The jury will add to the body of the team of your class. So let's start:

(The presenter corrects the respondents if the answer was given incorrectly,

and more fully comments on it).

      1. “The spirit of faith and piety leaves him, but the spirit of insolence and depravity remains in him. He will be cursed by God, angels and the faithful. For forty days his prayer will not be accepted. On the Day of Judgment, his face will be black, his tongue will hang out of his mouth, saliva will flow onto his chest, a cry will rise from his chest from thirst. What kind of punishment awaits a Muslim? (If he takes alcohol).

      2. Doctors believe that the most common contagious infectious disease in the world is the common cold. And what is considered the most common non-contagious infectious disease in the world? (Caries).

      3. What disease, according to the Greeks, splits the mind and soul? (Schizophrenia, Greek shizo - split, phren - soul, mind).

      4. According to the World Health Organization, one of the occupational diseases of school teachers is poliosis. This disease is not fatal, but sooner or later affects every person, with the exception of some lucky ones who are not happy about it themselves. Schoolteachers, however, are affected by poliosis earlier than average. Name the main symptom of this disease. (Gray hair, poliosis is graying, everyone goes gray except the bald ones).

      5. According to American doctors, these creatures are the main carriers of influenza in the United States. It is they who are responsible for the fact that epidemics break out every autumn. Who are they? (Pupils).

      6. The inventor of this predicts two areas of application for his offspring - mail delivery and a means for losing weight. name modern name this item. (Bike).

      7. P. Bragg says there are 9 doctors. Starting from the fourth, these are: natural nutrition, fasting, sports, rest, good posture and mind. Name the first three doctors mentioned by Bragg. (Sun, air and water).

      8. What kind of sport is referred to in the witty English saying: “This is the exchange of knowledge through gestures”? (About boxing).

      9. A very long time at the Olympics in Ancient Greece there was only one kind athletics. Which? (Run).

      10. The appearance of this sports game was helped by an ordinary unripe apple. From the East, this game came to Europe. In the century before last, it was brought by an English duke, whose estate was located not far from the city, from where this game originates. What sports game are you talking about? (Badminton).

      11. This word came to Russian at the end of the 18th century from the French language. This was originally called urgent mail, which delivered letters, reports by special messengers, who succeeded each other along the way at certain points. Name this word, which today has received a different meaning. (Relay race).

(After the presentation of the competition 4 and 5, the jury sums up the preliminary results and announces the results of the competition to the audience, and at this time the stage is vacated for the next competition).

VI. Competition "We will not tell, but we will show!"

Teams, if desired, prepare an amateur performance number on the theme of the evening. For each number, the jury allocates no more than 25 healthy cells. No more than 3 numbers are accepted from each team.

The results of the evening are summed up, the number of healthy cells is counted.

The jury announces the results and awards participants and winners with memorable gifts.

Leading: Thank you for your participation and do not forget that, as doctors say: "The disease is easier to prevent than to cure." Our health is in our hands! Thank you!

Summary: Games that heal. Games for the treatment of diseases in children. Games-exercises for health improvement and disease prevention.

Illness is a bad thing. Especially children's. Children really do not like to be treated, therefore, as soon as the first "hot days" are left behind, they demand an immediate cessation of bed rest, considering it to be boring and not at all necessary. Trying to reasonably restrain your fighting spirit, do not forget that your excessive anxiety and concern are far from the best healers. And that cheerful and vigorous kids cope with the infection much better and recover faster, and some outdoor games not only support good mood but they know how to heal!

When a child gets sick, it becomes a common misfortune. A weak body fights the disease, and we do our best to help the child: we examine him with the best specialists, get effective medicines, and try to ensure peace.

This is all true in the complex course of the disease. However, there are still a number of points that escape our attention. So, a very important role is played by the psychophysiological characteristics of the child's body.

Psycho-emotional state plays positive role in recovery. If in adults more than 70% of diseases have a psychosomatic basis, i.e. Since the disease is the body's reaction to our emotional problems, children often "respond" with the disease to the anxiety and concern of their parents. This is the state we are in when our children are sick. This negative emotional background interferes with the recovery of the child.

Another feature of the child's body is the constant growth of organs. Consequently, those muscles develop more intensively, to which a stronger blood flow is directed, i.e., to organs that are in motion. In addition, it is known that the muscular system at an early age has a close relationship with the main regulatory mechanisms.

Limited movement negatively affects not only the diseased organ, but also the nervous, endocrine and mediator systems as a whole. Restriction of movements (the child is sick or has just recovered, and he needs rest) affects the violation of posture, the weakening of the functions of breathing, blood circulation.

A decrease in natural motor activity in children leads to a decrease in the flow of irritations that occur during movement and are perceived by the nerve endings of the skin, muscles, joints, in visual and auditory analyzers going to the cerebral cortex.

As a result, disorders of the central nervous system and internal organs can develop: the emotional tone decreases, the neuromuscular apparatus weakens, the cardiovascular and respiratory systems work less well. This means that the body as a whole is weakened, which leads to more frequent diseases.

These observations about the role of movement in human development and health are reflected in the whole field of medicine - therapeutic and prophylactic physical education. However, the psyche of the child, especially at an early age, is arranged in such a way that it is almost impossible to force the baby to purposefully perform any, even the most useful exercises. The child should be interested in learning.

That is why we present adapted, modified in the form of a game, exercises for health improvement and disease prevention. As a result of the use of medical games, we not only treat children, but also contribute to a comprehensive, harmonious physical and mental development, the formation of the necessary skills, coordination of movements, dexterity and accuracy. Outdoor games harden the body, strengthen the immune system.

During the game, unexpected, funny situations often arise. This causes sincere joy in both children and parents. A relaxed cheerful atmosphere prevents the child from "going away" into illness, allows parents to show more attention to him and increases joint communication with children in an atmosphere of love and care. This is the most powerful therapeutic factor.

We tried to pick up as many games as possible for each type of disease. Easy games can be alternated with more complex ones, this will diversify the activities. But it should be noted that the healing effect of games is possible only with frequent and long-term exercises (3-4 months, 2-3 times a day).

      1. Games for diseases of the respiratory system:

      "The shepherd blows the horn"

Target. Strengthening the circular muscle of the mouth, training the skill of correct nasal breathing with calmly closed lips.

      materials. Horn, pipe.

Game progress. Ask the child to blow the horn as loudly as possible to call all the cows. Show that it is necessary to inhale air through the nose (horn in the nose) and exhale sharply.

      "The balloon burst"

Target. Restoration of nasal breathing, the formation of deep breathing, proper closing of the lips, rhythm.

Game progress. Invite the child to "inflate the balloon": spread your arms wide apart and take a deep breath through your nose, blow it into an imaginary balloon through your mouth - "fff ....", slowly joining your palms under the "balloon". Then let the child clap his hands - "the balloon bursts." "Air comes out of the balloon": the child pronounces the sound "shhh ...", folding his lips with a proboscis and lowering his hands to his knees. "The balloon is inflated" 2 - 5 times. For diligence, the child receives a phantom. Make sure that the child's breath is deep, and during the game there is no excessive emotional excitement.

      "Feathers"

Target. Training the skills of proper nasal breathing, strengthening the muscles of the mouth.

      materials. Rope, 2 chairs, feathers.

Game progress. Stretch the rope between the chairs and tie feathers to it. Place the child at a distance of 50 cm opposite the feathers. Invite the child on a signal, taking a deep breath, with a strong exhalation, blow off one feather, and then the other, taking a deep breath through the nose before each exhalation. To carry out a strong exhalation, the lips need to be folded into a narrow tube, and the cheeks should be puffed out.

      "Mouse and Bear"

Target. Formation of a deep rhythmic inhalation and exhalation, development of coordination of movements, strengthening of the muscles of the spine.

Game progress. Parents show movements and say the words:

      Mishka has a huge house.
(Straighten up, stand on your toes, raise your hands up, stretch, look at your hands - inhale.)

      The mouse is very small.
(Sit down, clasping your knees with your hands, lower your head - exhale with the sound "shhsh".)

The mouse walks (We walk around the room.)
      On a visit to Mishka,
      He won't get to her.

Ask the child to repeat the rhyme with movements 4-6 times. Watch the clarity and coordination of the child's movements.

Target. The development of the muscles of the shoulder girdle, the formation of proper breathing, a sense of rhythm.

Game progress. Encourage your child to "mow the grass". Starting position: feet shoulder-width apart, arms lowered. You show how to "mow" and read poetry, and the child with the syllable "zu" moves his hands to the side (to the left - exhale, then forward, to the right - inhale).

      Zu-zu, zu-zu,
      We mow the grass
      Zu-zu, zu-zu,
And I'll swing to the left.
      Zu-zu, zu-zu,
      Together quickly, very quickly
      We'll mow all the grass.
      Zu-zu, zu-zu.

Then invite the child to shake his hands in a relaxed state and repeat the game 3-4 times.

Target. Improving the function of breathing, the ability to respond to a signal.

Game progress. Invite your child to go on a journey, turning into "trailers" with all family members. Standing in front depicts a locomotive. This role can be performed for the first time by an adult first. He hums and goes on his way.

"Cars" slightly bend the arms at the elbows. Imitating the beep (“gu, gu”), they begin to move forward slowly at first, then speed up their pace and run. After the words of an adult, "The train has arrived at the station," everyone slows down and begins to move backwards until the signal "Arrived."

      2. Games for diseases of the cardiovascular system:

      "Thumb on Finger"

Target. Balancing nervous processes, strengthening inhibitory reactions, performing actions on command, coordinating hand movements.

Game progress. The child is sitting in front of you. To your song, he repeats the movements after you:

Finger on finger knock da knock, (Repeat 2 times.)
Clap, clap, clap, clap! (Clap hands.)
Stomp your feet, stomp! (Repeat 2 times.)
Hidden, hid (Hide your face with your hands.)
Finger on finger here and there. ! (Repeat 2 times).

      3. Games after infectious diseases:

      "Hare-goody"

Target. Development of coordination of movements, increase in emotional tone, development of a sense of rhythm and the ability to follow commands.

Game progress. Stand in front of the child and ask him to repeat the movements in accordance with the words of the song:

      Zainka, bow,
Serenky, bow, (bows in different directions.)
      Like this, bow like this.
      Bunny, turn around
      Gray, turn around
That's it, that's it, turn around. (Turns around, hands on waist.)
Zainka, stomp your foot, gray, stomp your foot.
Like this, like this, stomp your foot. (Stomps each foot in turn.)

An adult monitors the correct execution of movements. Observes that there is no overwork and overexcitation.
