Method number 1.

Think of a situation in which you felt cheerful, energetic, positive. A very real and concrete situation. Think back to that situation. Look at it again with your own eyes, listen for any sounds that were there, what you felt, what you looked like, what you did. Pleasant feelings will also return. Our brain reacts to the memory of an event in the same way that it reacts to a real event. A melody, a photograph, a smell can bring you back to the past experience again. This is the power of lucky talismans. They are anchors for warm experiences in the past and therefore the person re-experiences that warmth in the present. They work not by magic, but by association. Whatever that resource state is, if you had even a glimpse or faint hint of it in the past, you can bring it into the present.
Create an anchor for this pleasurable experience so that you can bring it into the present at any time you need. It is best to use something that is naturally associated with this memory: a picture, a melody - a kind of reminder. If you don't have anything like that, create an association. Stop at the anchor you like. And every time you see it, mentally go back to the past, relive this experience, go inside it and restore the emotions associated with it.
Setting anchors takes practice, but by repeating these steps for a few days, you will come to the point that the association will play out naturally and automatically, and you will no longer need to consciously think about that experience. When you use anchors, your state will be returned to you.

Method number 2.

And again we return to the past experience. Recall again some situation in which you felt cheerful, energetic, positive. A very real and concrete situation. What gave you strength there? And write it down for yourself. Return to the real reality and ask the question: when I am in a resource state, what am I? Write everything down. Now let's move on to the next step. Next to the list, write down what you can do to get it. Choose the most relevant ones, those that bring you the greatest contribution to your resource state and add them to your daily plan! And act!

Secondly, the resource state depends on the body

The body lives in space, and the mind, psyche and soul live in it. Therefore, it is important what we put into the body and how we take it out. Always, and especially during periods of intense stress, stop introducing muck into the body that kills it. These are alcohol, nicotine, heavy food: fatty, fried, surrogate, artificial. You can drink sorbents (enterosgel, etc.) and drink plenty of water, preferably warm.

Physical activity, walking or jogging allow the body to be mobile and light. When lightness appears in the body, then tasks will be solved easily. "Physics" is arranged in the same way as other facets of life. During periods of intense exercise, it is recommended to monitor the cleanliness of the body even more carefully. Life therapy begins with a detox cleansing program. Purification of everything with which you are involved. Purification of space, body, psyche, soul. Purification of the environment with which you are in contact, the near and far circles and relationships with them. Purification of the mind, because all the limitations are in our head, but in it is all freedom. Liberation from old beliefs, parting with illusions and fantasies. In general, "sobering up", "enlightenment" and the birth of wisdom.

Thirdly, the resource state depends on the mind

A huge part of human pain is not necessary at all. It creates itself, in the same way that a stray mind rules life.

The pain that you have now created is a form of rejection, that is, always some form of unconscious resistance to what is. Resistance at the level of thought is some form of judgment. On an emotional level, this is some form of negativity. The intensity and severity of the pain depends on the strength of your resistance to the present moment, and this in turn depends on how deeply and strongly you identify yourself with the mind. The mind always strives to deny the present moment and strives to get rid of it. In other words, the more you identify with the mind, the more you suffer. Or you can say this: the more you honor and accept the present moment, the freer you are from pain and suffering, the freer you are from the egoistic mind.

The need for real, pure and natural relationships is growing and forming the basis of relationships between people. People ate surrogate abundance and played enough virtual games. A sick (weak) person has no resource. It means that in order to have a resource, to have strength, it is necessary that the body be healthy. The same with the psyche, space, mind and soul. When the space is sick, that is, dirty, cluttered, ugly - this is a sick space, you get tired in it. It's hard to breathe in such a space, I think. Bad thoughts come to mind. It is impossible to create something valuable and new in such a space. Such a space steals a resource, kills you.

If the relationship is sick, it will destroy you. It is more profitable to simply get out of such relations if it is impossible to harmonize them. The world cannot be changed. This world cannot be changed. Everything is as it is. Nothing changes under the sun, but you can change yourself and yourself in this world. Create your own life according to your own rules. Customize this music of your own life and play it yourself. And then, when your body, psyche, space are healthy, when your soul strives for harmony and love, is able to create and create, then there is energy, there is a resource. And you easily broadcast this state and transmit it by resonance to everyone with whom you have to come into contact.

If it is necessary to switch from one social role (leader, business woman) to another (daughter, beloved woman, mother, socialite), a woman risks wasting all her energy. How effective are various drugs that increase the level of “happiness hormones” and energy in general?

- All stimulants - from energy drinks to those that are called antidepressants in everyday life - lead to a short-term increase in mood and energy. This or that stimulant spurs one of the links in a complex system, for example, the production of serotonin. Under the influence of a stimulant, the body begins to use up its strategic reserves, which manifests itself as a burst of activity. The body then adapts to the intervention. There comes the effect of one cup of coffee, which no longer invigorates. But if you refuse a stimulant, you immediately feel a sharp decline in mood and strength. As a result, a complete desynchronization of the system may occur. Since all the reserves are exhausted, you feel powerless, chronic diseases become aggravated, psychosomatics appears, you start making mistakes in your activities, up to getting into an accident.

How to protect yourself from stress without side effects?

- It is enough to replenish energy consumption in a timely manner, to disconnect from everyday activities. - The first thing to do is to deal with the external and internal causes of energy decline. In what situations do you feel the most acute lack of energy? Which one has more energy? How does both feel in the body, what emotions does it evoke? Then find the answer to the question "What do I want?". And start looking at the resources available to achieve what you want and prioritizing.

It is not easy for a person in severe distress to do this kind of analysis on their own. Especially looking for resources. In such cases, the specialist will first of all work on the formation of a resource state in a person.

But in psychotherapeutic practice, the following pattern can be traced: often life's difficulties grow into problems precisely because of the steps taken by a person to get out of the difficulty. And the independent steps taken sometimes become a mechanism for maintaining the problem. Why? Often there is the effect of a "spoiled telephone": when information is transmitted from one person to another through language, it is distorted in different forms. As a result, some details of the method can be misunderstood by a person, some discard those details that seem insignificant to them. Plus, in the popular science literature, not everything important is clearly stated.

A safe way out of any distressed state is meditation. This method, which everyone can master, has been tested for thousands of years and works without ideology.

Due to individual characteristics, each person develops his own entrance to the resource state, which is more comfortable and effective for him. For these purposes, I would advise you to pay attention to meditation techniques. Among them are static and dynamic techniques. The latter are effective for those who cannot stop the flow of disturbing thoughts, relax.

According to studies in neurology, it takes 20 minutes to switch the energy "mode" of the body at the neural level. 20 minutes of meditation every day will "energize" you with daily stress. But do not expect a miracle in a stressful situation for you, in moments of hard time pressure and lack of real rest, you will not be able to stay in a resourceful state.

But this is how it happens in life: there is a force majeure at work, a child with pneumonia, a conflict is brewing in a relationship with her husband ... and the car broke down in the middle of the highway. Is it possible to mitigate the risk of distress?

“Like in any situation, you have a choice. Or you overcome your "collapse" due to rest, the technique of entering the resource state and stimulants. And again you feel fine until the next event, which is very likely due to high business activity. Either these measures are not enough for you, since they do not radically change the situation. And you begin to work on restructuring beliefs that limit your ability in certain situations to remain in a resourceful state and act effectively.

A belief is something we believe in, a kind of filter through which we perceive information. What does not correspond to the person's belief system, he does not seem to hear or see, and sometimes is consciously discarded. Beliefs can be divided into supportive (adaptive) and limiting (maladaptive). Those beliefs that “filter out” information that is useful for some kind of activity will be limiting. For example, a person has a belief: I have poor ability to foreign languages. He refuses to see all his successes in learning the language, but he sees and experiences all the failures, which will require enormous energy expenditures from him for learning.

Think about what limiting belief leads you to undesirable consequences or situations? What prevents proper processing of incoming information.

When there are a lot of urgent multidirectional problems, you want to hide headlong under the covers. But I understand that I can’t afford it and I order myself to pull myself together.

— To the typical business women limiting beliefs include the belief "I have to be better than men, otherwise I will not succeed." I can't help but remember a quote from the movie "Ask Cindy": "Women who agree to be equal with men in their business lack ambition."

The beliefs that limit us are often formed in childhood under the influence of society and the attitudes of our parents. They are closely related to our values, life choices, worldview. And, as a result, under their influence, we form situations that confirm their “correctness”. For example, take the common belief that "there are not enough worthy men for everyone." A woman who thinks so is definitely not enough worthy. However, we have clients in the CPC MC with completely different problems, who, in addition to a worthy husband, have a friend and a good acquaintance.

That is, is it enough to realize your limiting belief and understand its relative correctness?

Awareness of a limiting belief in most cases does not lead to real change for the better. In stressful situations for a person, persuasion will act automatically, even if he has realized it. Let me give you an example from our client. As the chief accountant of a large Western company, Ella has a belief similar to yours, “if not me, then who?”. At home - problems with her husband, at work - financial statements according to Western standards. On the eve of the audit, she is taken by ambulance with pressure to the hospital. Ella breaks out of the hospital, confident that no one but her will be able to turn in reports. She can't afford to rest. With a sense of imminent catastrophe and dizzy, he rushes to the office. And on the way crashes into a pole. Again ambulance, hospital, dropper. And this is in the hottest period at work! Watching the events from the outside, she is surprised that the huge holding continues to work without her, the audit is successfully passing. What's next? Ella leaves the hospital, immersed in her usual rhythm and family problems. I really like this idea. In addition, in meditation one can easily see these different variants of events when we change our internal state. One has only to change our inner state, as the world around us immediately changes.

The resource harmonious state helps us to create a harmonious life. Logical, right? This is the state that attracts joyful events to us. The only problem is that this state is constantly eluding us somewhere.

Since our internal state is a characteristic of our physical body, then you can learn to include this state in your body, for example, in the same way that the process of salivation is triggered by our mere thought of a lemon. Check it out - imagine a lemon now, and pay attention to how you feel in your mouth. In the same way, one can learn to respond by turning on a harmonious state inside through turning on some image or through remembering.

How our body helps us understand our inner state

Our physical body helps us realize our ideas and desires in the physical world. When our ideas "respond" in the body, resonate with us, they become our true desires and are easily fulfilled. Without the body, we would not be able to fulfill our desires or even communicate them.

In addition, the body helps us to know the world - with the help of the senses, we can hear, see, touch, taste and smell.

The body communicates with us through sensations in the body. When we are happy, we feel the corresponding pleasant sensations in the body - warmth, lightness, relaxation, etc. When something “wrong” happens, the body reacts with other sensations - stiffness, tension, rattling, tingling, tightness, “stiffness”, etc.

Scientists have long found a connection between the emotional state of a person and the state of the cells of the physical body.

When we experience strong negative emotions, such as anger or others, then the body reacts with a clamp, tension, thereby the circulatory system is squeezed, blood does not flow to any specific organs, and these organs do not receive the necessary nutrients.

When you do not pay attention to body signals at all, then there is a risk of a disease, this is when the body already “screams” to you in the form of pain, which is already difficult for you to ignore. If you constantly live in a mode of discontent, claims, fear, etc., then sooner or later your organs will react with pain.

We fall out of the resource state when we experience negative emotions or think unhappy thoughts. There is two sources these thoughts and emotions - the outside world or our inner world.

As soon as you switch your attention on something in the outside world, be prepared for the fact that this something can take your focus away, to yourself. Bring that focus back to yourself, to yourself, to how you feel right now, bring the focus back to your body. This is the only way to keep your inner state.

In addition, our inner world can also be a source of unhappy thoughts or emotions. For example, through genetic memory we inherit the memory of all significant emotional events in the family. Our genetic memory is passed down to us through the cells of the body. And this memory is stored in the body.

But the body does not remember everything and body memory is selective. The body remembers only significant events, that is, its reactions to strong emotions, both positive and negative.

An example of how it happens

It happens in the following way. Some event occurs, for example, a child did something and was punished. If the child does not agree, then an emotion (resentment, anger, etc.) flares up inside the child. Then the body reacts - for example, by squeezing, or a lump came up to the throat, but the child cannot answer, therefore unspoken words and emotions remain in the body.

This bodily memory a person can carry through life, if you do not work with it and do not release emotions. In adulthood, this can manifest itself in the form of rejection of this person who punished, or in the form of an inability to speak out, a feeling of “lump in the throat” at those moments when a person really needs to express his opinion in the family or at work.

When this "com" is released, the situation changes and the person can speak freely. It happens through re-awareness that situation from childhood, when a new understanding of what happened in that particular situation comes.

No matter how much we hide our emotions, the body knows about them, it still feels them and stores these memories. It is possible to unlock these clamps in the body by going backwards through your memories. For example, if there is some discomfort in the body, then from the sensations in the body, you can find the emotion that caused this reaction in the body. From an emotion, we can find the event, the circumstances that caused this emotion. Viewing this event in detail in the dive helps to unblock these unpleasant sensations in the body.

Thus, everything that is stored in the memory of our body can sooner or later make itself felt, and therefore you need to pay attention to it in time and ask yourself the question “What has now taken me away from my equilibrium harmonious state?” The answer usually comes - for someone immediately, and for someone after some time, depending on how well you understand yourself, how close you are to yourself.

How to return to the resource state

There are a few simple ways return yourself to a resource state:

  1. Recall themselves under the age of 1-2 years

Memories of their childhood feelings at this age are resourceful, because children do not evaluate, do not compare, they are happy with everything, they admire everything, they are always satisfied. If you can remember yourself at this age, then use your memories to fill yourself with a resourceful state.

2. Keep the focus on yourself and your inner state

Pay attention to your inner state more often during the day and ask yourself the question “How do I feel right now?” and if it is an inharmonious state, then return yourself to a harmonious state. For example, you were rich and happy in a past life, but you don't feel rich in your current life. Or, if in your current life you do not know the feeling of happiness from your communication with your husband or loved one, then you can also feel it through reliving moments in a past life where you had it.
